Claire Dacy

Claire Dacy is a dancer and dance instructor from Fort Worth, Texas. She began dancing at the age of 12 at Trinity Valley School, where she trained in ballet, jazz, contemporary, and hip-hop. She continued her training at Texas Tech University, where she graduated with her BFA in Dance in May 2025. While at Texas Tech, Claire was a member of the improvisation group Collective Action and performed at American College Dance Association (ACDA) regional conferences, as well as the ACDA National Conference in Washington, D.C. in 2025. In addition to her education at TTU, Claire attended the School of American Ballet Teacher Training Workshop in 2024, where she learned from faculty member Katrina Killian. She also attended the Wood | Works Winter Intensive with Bruce Wood Dance Dallas in 2025. During her time in Lubbock, Claire taught in various programs at Ballet Lubbock, as well as at Revolution Elite Dance. She has also worked alongside other TTU BFA students with J’Adore Dance Intensive. Claire is excited to be back in her hometown and is passionate about sharing her love for dance while continuing to grow as both an artist and educator.
