Bailyn Fields is a former Dance Concept student and competition team member. She now is married to her husband Kyle Fields and has three wonderful children, two of which are second generation dancers at Dance Concept (one of them on Dance Concept Competition Team). Bailyn is our backstage coordinator, having had first hand experience as a competition dancer, getting her own children ready, as well as helping her younger sister, Berkleigh Davis, throughout her years on the DCCT. She is organized, well thought out, and has attention to detail that gets our dancers ready to shine on stage from head to toe.
